罗马尼亚新浪潮导演康斯坦汀．波佩斯库(Constantin POPESCU)，2009年曾入选第62届坎城影展一种注目单元。2017新作《咎爱心风暴》(Pororoca)，描述一位父亲因为女儿失踪随之而来的噩梦人生，生命的重心、婚姻裡的互信、甚至是道德和理性，都一步一步被这个悲剧吞噬。导演以叙事写实，情节绵长而细腻的口吻，道出了为人父母者内心最深沉的恐惧。而2011年卢卡诺影帝波格登德拉凯(Bogdan Dumitrache)，也透过父亲一角由喜转悲的高难度演绎，荣登2017圣赛巴斯蒂安影展最佳男演员。
